Algorithms define what reaches us–which news items, which disastrous event, which social movements, which images, which gossip, which cute animal. Our relationship to reality is increasingly mediated by our phones. Keeping up and staying with the trouble the world is experiencing is demanding. We scroll in an increasingly stressful and increasingly passive state, isolated in our digital filter bubbles. We invite comics that reflect on this algorithmic life. WHAT ARE OUR STRATEGIES TO EASE OUR MINDS, TO COPE, TO CONNECT, TO BUILD HOPE, TO FOSTER CHANGE?
