Ivanda (1982) is Latvian-Finnish visual designer and comic artist working in Helsinki.
In her stories she likes to combine different realities and build multiple layers. Ivanda likes to make wordless stories and therefore makes the reader spend more time looking at the picture and participating in the creation of the story. Her work is influenced by opart, surrealism, and black and white photography.
When she doesn’t work she watches birds, sails, and sniffs the wind.
