Jan is a graphic artist and designer who loves Kaurismaki movies (his son Frank is named after a character in Calamari Union). He is passionate about screenprinting and has worked both with paper and textiles. Recently, he opened a workshop for screenprinting in Kalasatama. Moreover, Jan is behind Myymälä2, a unique exhibition space and gallery in Helsinki that is open for everything and everybody. It also hosts a coffeeshop with small publishers books, zines and records, and has established a reputation as an alternative space dedicated to visual arts, experimental music, design and street culture.
